Need to Cheer Up? Try This

As most of you know, I have been part of a little experiment that Jon Acuff put together called The START Experiment. It has been such an amazing journey and I can't imagine where I'd be had I not joined. But, something I didn't expect was the friendships that have formed through this. The amount of selflessness and encouragement that pours out of these people is jaw dropping. I am thankful for each and every person that has been involved.

My friend, Ronne, shared this video with some of us this morning and I had to share it.
 

I honestly believe the world would be a better place if we all practiced acts of gratitude a little more frequently.

If I could call someone and tell them it would be my grandparents. But they're gone now, so I can't and that breaks my heart. So, whoever you're thankful for, tell them. And tell them why. Because you never know when their time, or yours, will come.

No regrets. Tell them.
